What’s this High-Intensity Interval Training all about!?
Did you know our Hot Chapel HIIT classes will build strength for your hot yoga classes?
We target building strength and control which will support the deeper stretching in your yoga practice.
Our hot HIIT includes low impact movements, influenced by ballet barre classes with just one segment of high impact movement (which can be taken as low impact). But because we do it in the heat you still get the heart pumping benefits, just less impact on your joints. It’s a win-win!

HIIT classes consist of short intense bursts of exercise with intervals of short recovery periods. You get to push yourself hard as you can with brief pauses to get your energy up and breath back. This is an efficient sustainable way to boost your physical and mental toughness.
It’s a hot & sweaty workout done with a lot of fun and laughs.
